Established in 2015, In & Out Moving offers everything needed and more for our client’s move. We take pride in our experience, expertise, and quality of customer service. Based in Indianapolis, Indiana, we are the best for local moves in and around the Indianapolis area.

Where can I start? Despite conducting an in house walk though, quote was incorrect. Despite giving the delivery address twice, trucks still went to wrong city to deliver. Laborers argued over who was going to move heavy items into basement. Still sorting through, but at least 6 others are damaged including new $2500 refrigerator, $600 dryer, $199 pop a shot set, daughter's vanity, an over the toilet storage cabinet and am finding hardware from a bunk bed they disassembled. Probably because they didn't want to have to carry the two separate pieces down a flight of stairs. I withheld payment and asked the owner call me to discuss this - which the office (Dontay) approved. No callback. I have requested the owner call me about this three times. No callback received. The owner apparently prefers to do his business hiding behind text messages. I was billed over $5900 when the quote was for between $2400-$2600. He finally texted that he refunded one of the charges, but if course, it was the lesser of the two and was for more than what I was told the final bill was when they left the night before you coloring unloading. Laborers reeked of marijuana....a complaint was file with USDOT AND FMCSA. Ready to call my attorney to file a lawsuit. I have witnesses (both family and independent third-party as we had a cleaning service here as well) that were party to their "bull in china shop" approach to moving .

My experience with Kevin and In & Out was a nightmare! I have over 30+ items damaged or destroyed in an in-city move. I had also hired them to pack some of my rooms and they didn't even put paper or plastic around many of my kitchen items. My washer fell off their dolly into the concrete driveway and is not scratched up. They put holes in the drywall in the new house while moving items upstairs. Several furniture pieces that were only 6 months old got damaged as well as some one of a kind older pieces. I have been battling with Kevin for 11 months over the damages. He refused to take my phone calls but texted and emails with 30+ promises of getting my items repaired. These promises were broken time after time when he didn't get the work done. He lied constantly to me about when the items would be picked up or fixed. After numerous stressful months, I got the items fixed and went to the attorney. Kevin finally agreed to pay me back (partially) for the reimbursement of repair services.... which he still has not! Now he will not even text me or email me back even though he promised to write me a check and drop it off. This was the worst situation one could ever endure for a local move. Kevin was super when he tried to get my business but was unprofessional and dishonest after the move. He has no integrity and is not a man of his word.

This company is great ... Kevin, the owner quickly responded to my move inquiry and worked it around my schedule. The movers that came we're Chris and Keith and they were efficient, speedy, helpful and very clean. The move was flawless and quick relieving me from any moving woes. I was estimated a larger cost than I was billed, so they billed me very fairly. Everyone was professional and friendly; easy to work with.

I just can't say enough praising this company and their crew. We had a recent move in Indianapolis and even though it was short distance, we were moving between pretty big houses with tons of stuff, large furniture, TVs, piano and a lot more. Their quote was below everyone else and on the day of move, the crew showed up on time and started working right away. Thirteen hours later, we were done with the move and everything was done perfectly. The staff were extremely helpful and professional. Moving is no fun, but these guys make sure you'll have an A+ experience!

Excellent experience!! Kevin, Chris, Dante and Justin couldn't have been more helpful and enjoyable to work with. Moving is always stressful and Kevin made scheduling and rescheduling a breeze by responding quickly and being very patient with our changing time table. Chris, Dante and Justin were pleasant, personable and professional. They were also very funny and made my husband and I feel comfortable and less stressed throughout the whole process. They also arrived on time and after a tour of the job, got right to work. Surprisingly, In & Out Moving was one of the more affordable companies I contacted! We are very happy with our choice to use In & Out Moving!!Update: Because they were so great last time, we had them out again when we got new furniture. Same great experience! This time they rented a truck for us. The cost was very reasonable and makes me wonder why people would choose to work with anyone else! Very happy! Thank you guys!!

I’m sorry to be the one to mess up the good review streak. My experience with this company was the absolute WORST! I scheduled a week in advance for movers, paid the deposit and on the day of my move (10/22/19) no one showed up! On top of that, no one called to update me on anything! I had to call to see where my movers were, only to find out there were NONE! According to the young lady, everyone called off and no one was available and she didn’t want to call me until she could find more movers. So about 2 hours later I get a text from Kevin stating that he had a crew that would come within an hour to help us move. Needless to say no one showed up or called to inform me that AGAIN, no one was coming! I would NEVER and I do mean NEVER recommend anyone to use this company and would go as far as telling everyone who would consider using them my experience to reconsider and go with someone else!

I scheduled to move into my new home with another mover that never showed. My Sister put a notification on Thumbtack and Kevin from In and Out Movers responded. He had a crew that was able to move me same day.They were professional and did a fantastic job. I am now in my home and my family and I are appreciative to Frank and Tyrone for moving us in so fast!

I cannot say enough good things about these movers! The movers we originally scheduled 2 weeks in advance no call/no showed us the day of our move and In and Out Moving came to the rescue! Kevin was quick to respond to my plea for help and had 2 guys out to assist us so quickly! Dontay and Freddie were professional, efficient, courteous and masters of their craft. I just moved from Indianapolis Indiana to Tyler Texas. This moving company surpassed all of my expectations and delivered beyond what I anticipated they could do for the entire process of loading and unloading. It was extremely hot and they worked tirelessly until they got everything done. There were no mishaps of any kind and when they were done they asked if there was anything else they could do to help me. I was shocked because I would have thought they would want to have immediately sought air Conditioning & hydration.
